Farm was established in
1996. Our vision is to create a
model of small scale family farming
that is sustainable through preservation
of the farm's natural resources, improvement
of these resources through conservation practices
such as prairie restoration, timber stand improvement
and selective harvest of trees, preservation of rare breeds
of animals such as the Spanish Mustang and Belted Galloway,
preservation of historic buildings, and empowerment of our family
and community through education and the practice of these values and
skills.
